Crepe Nouveau store
Crepe Nouveau was a new concept store developed by chef Olivier Cozan. It was the only crepe store in Brazil to use buckwheat, a gluten free type of wheat that is actually healthier to people. The graphic development was made by another designer, and only the concept store was designed by me during my stay at Ciclo Arquitetura.
The store was designed to remember an authentic french creperie. The project embedded references from French culture, added with a little touch of modernity in colors, displays and interactions.
One propose marketing action was to add a fence in the right side of the store, so people could add love locks to it. This would relate to the French bridge Pont des Arts, in Paris, making it a unique costumer experience.
Another proposal was the development of a smaller kiosk that would be placed in food courts of shopping malls.
